At Serendipity CreArt, we want your order to arrive quickly, safely, and with as little fuss as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
During peak seasons and sale events, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and will always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Free shipping applies to standard shipping on all qualifying US orders. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional charge.
Canada
We ship to Canada! Shipping rates for Canadian orders are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Please note that Canadian orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees upon arrival — these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
Carriers
We ship using a mix of carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on your location, package size, and the most efficient option available. Carrier selection is made at our discretion to ensure the best delivery experience for your order.
Delivery Timeframes
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Local Pickup
Prefer to skip the shipping wait? Local pickup is available at our studio in Los Alamitos, CA — free of charge.

To choose local pickup, select "Local Pickup" at checkout. We will send you an email notification as soon as your order is ready — typically within 1–2 business days. Please wait for your ready notification before coming in, as we want to make sure everything is perfectly prepared for you.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. If you have trouble locating your tracking information please don't hesitate to contact us.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Serendipity CreArt is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. If your package appears to be lost in transit — meaning tracking has not updated in more than 7 business days — please contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the situation.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will work with you to make it right.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Serendipity CreArt is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at [your email address] and we will do our best to correct it before your order ships.
