🛍️ Orders & Shopping
Do I need an account to place an order? Nope! You can check out as a guest. Creating an account does make it easier to track your orders and access your order history, but it's completely optional.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. We'll do everything we can to help, but we can't guarantee changes once an order has been fulfilled.
Do you offer gift wrapping or gift messages? We love gifting creative joy! Contact us before placing your order and we'll do our best to add a personal touch.
📦 Shipping
How much does shipping cost? We offer free shipping on all orders over $200. For orders under $200, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.
How long will it take to receive my order? Most orders ship within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Do you ship internationally? Currently we ship within the United States only. Stay tuned — international shipping may be coming soon!
Can I pick up my order in store? Yes! Local pickup is available at our studio in Los Alamitos, CA at 4434 Cerritos Ave. Select local pickup at checkout and we'll let you know when your order is ready.
🧵 Quilt Kits & Fabric
What skill level do I need for your quilt kits? Our kits are designed with modern makers in mind — most are suitable for confident beginners and up. Each kit listing includes skill level information so you can find the perfect match. And if you're ever unsure, just ask us!
Does each quilt kit include everything I need? Yes — every kit includes the fabric and pattern needed to complete the project. Some kits also include binding fabric. Batting, thread, and basic quilting tools are not included unless specifically noted in the listing.
Can I buy fabric by the yard? Absolutely. We carry designer fabrics from Tilda, Riley Blake Designs, Tula Pink, and more — available by the yard, in fat quarter bundles, and in precut formats. Browse our Fabric & Bundles collection.
What designers do you carry? We handpick from some of the most loved names in modern quilting, including Tilda, Riley Blake Designs, Tula Pink, Lori Holt, and GE Designs. New collections arrive regularly — sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know.
Do you restock sold-out items? We restock when possible, but some items — especially limited-edition bundles — may not return. If you love something, we recommend grabbing it while it's available. You can contact us to ask about restock plans for specific items.
📬 Subscription Boxes
How do subscription boxes work? Each month we curate a themed creative kit and ship it directly to your door. You choose your craft — Fabric & Quilting or Multi-Craft Club — and we handle all the sourcing, coordination, and packaging. Just open and create!
When do subscription boxes ship? Subscription boxes ship on the same date each month. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as yours is on its way.
Can I skip a month or pause my subscription? Yes. You can manage your subscription from your account dashboard, including skipping, pausing, or cancelling. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for full details.
What's the difference between the Fabric Kit Subscription and the Multi-Craft Club? The Fabric Kit Subscription is focused on quilting and fabric projects each month. The Multi-Craft Club rotates across different creative mediums — beadwork, embroidery, watercolor, and more — so you never quite know what beautiful thing is coming next. It's perfect for makers who love variety.
Can I gift a subscription? Yes! A CreArt subscription box makes a wonderful gift for any maker. Contact us and we'll help you set it up.
🎨 Studio Sessions & Workshops
Where is the studio located? We're at 4434 Cerritos Ave, Los Alamitos, CA. Come find us!
What is an Open CreArt Studio session? Open Studio is a drop-in creative session where you bring your current project — quilting, beadwork, embroidery, whatever you're working on — and spend a few hours creating alongside other makers. No instruction, no pressure, just good company and focused creative time. Book a session here.
Do I need experience to attend a workshop? Not at all. Our workshops are designed to be welcoming for all skill levels, from total beginners to experienced crafters. Each workshop listing will include any skill requirements if applicable.
What types of workshops do you offer? We offer hands-on creative workshops including quilting, fabric decoupage, beadwork and jewelry making, acrylic painting, and watercolor. Check our Studio Calendar for upcoming sessions.
Can I book a private party or group event? Yes — and it's one of our favorite things to host! We offer several private and semi-private options:
- Reserve a Table — $25 reservation fee + $10/hour per person
- Reserve a Session — $25 reservation fee + $65/kit per person (max 4 hours)
- Private Session — $120/hour for up to 6 people (perfect for art teachers and therapists)
- Private Studio — $120/hour + $10/person, minimum 10 people (ideal for birthdays, baby showers, and celebrations)

Do I need to bring anything to a studio session? For Open Studio, bring your current project and any supplies specific to it. For workshops, all materials are provided unless otherwise noted in the event listing.
💳 Payment & Returns
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
What is your return policy? We want you to love what you receive. Please review our full Refund Policy for details on returns and exchanges. If something isn't right with your order, contact us and we'll make it right.
Do you offer discounts? New subscribers get 15% off their first subscription box with code WELCOME15. We also run seasonal promotions — sign up for our newsletter to stay in the loop.
