At Serendipity CreArt, your satisfaction is our priority. We want every order to bring you creative joy — and if something isn't right, we'll do our best to make it right.
Our 30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original packaging intact. Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or store credit — your choice.
To initiate a return, please contact us before sending anything back. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return address.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return due to the nature of the products:
- Cut fabric — all fabric cut to order is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Sale and clearance items — all sale purchases are final
- Patterns and books — due to copyright restrictions, patterns and books cannot be returned once opened
- Subscription boxes — subscription kit contents are non-returnable once shipped
- Opened or assembled quilt kits — kits that have been opened, cut into, or partially assembled cannot be returned

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Serendipity CreArt is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. In these cases we will cover the cost of return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and will appear on your original payment method depending on your bank or card provider's processing times. Store credit is issued immediately upon approval.
Exchanges
We are happy to process exchanges for eligible items subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange before sending your return.
Subscription Cancellations
Subscription boxes may be cancelled at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle — boxes already processed and shipped for the current cycle are non-refundable. Please refer to your subscription confirmation email for full billing details.
