Serendipity Studio Time is your opportunity to bring a project you're already working on—or one you've been meaning to start—and enjoy three uninterrupted hours of creativity in our welcoming Los Alamitos studio.

Spread out, work at your own pace and enjoy creating alongside other makers. A Serendipity Creative Guide is nearby to answer questions, help troubleshoot and share helpful tips and techniques when you need a little help.

What to expect:

• Three hours of dedicated creative time
• A comfortable workspace in our Los Alamitos studio
• A small creative community of up to 12 makers
• A Serendipity Creative Guide nearby for questions and troubleshooting
• No assigned project and no formal class
• Plenty of time to settle in and create

What can I bring?

Bring whatever you'd like to work on—sewing, quilting, bag making, embroidery, hand stitching, beading, watercolor, acrylic painting or another portable creative project.

Bring your project and the materials it requires. If you're sewing, please bring your sewing machine, power cord, foot pedal and any accessories you'll need.

Coming by yourself?

Please do! Many makers come on their own. Studio Time is a relaxed way to meet other creative people, exchange ideas or simply enjoy working quietly in the company of others.

Studio Time is independent creative time with a little help nearby. If you're looking for step-by-step instruction or want to learn a new technique from beginning to end, one of our workshops may be a better fit.
